Patient assessment cheat sheet

This is a patient assessment sheet that I have organized in a logical fashion. This is how I assess medical patients (Trauma is a different animal). There is a million ways to assess a patient, but I have found that organizing things this way prevents me from missing anything critical.

This works well for patients with undifferentiated symptoms.
